Don't get me wrong, it is lovely and sunny outside, but this lovely house of ours takes MONTHS to warm up and only minutes to go back to its natural freezing state. I reckon my next What the... Wednesday will feature me with snot stoppers stuffed up my nose! On the upside, my bathroom is now lime green rather than mould green. The walls are still bare and will remain bare until I find a stencil to spruce them up a little before putting up my new bling organizers.
Now... behold, yours truly:
Bwahahahahahahaha! Helllllooooooooo, Sheepie! That at least looks like a very comfy sweater, and the green is my kinda shade.
ReplyDeleteThe green on the walls. Not the boogers.
Snot stoppers... Adding that to my personal dictionary!
ReplyDeleteLove the green - can't wait to see the official makeover pics! Sorry you are chilly today...ooh, that sounds like such a bad old joke...I really am sorry you are chilly today.
ReplyDeleteAlso love the green! And now.... I would start to combine it with a lot of other bright colours... not that most people would agree with me ^^
ReplyDeletethought i'd stop in and say thanks for the cuppa invite. unfortunately we got back home before i read all my emails :( , perhaps next time?
ReplyDeletebut i know of what you speak. i live in sweaters. can't live without them and will be asked to be buried in one.
that's a great pic of you with your delicious green walls, btw!

ReplyDeletethanks for visiting my blog, I really wish i was in our house -"freezing state". Here it is HOT HOT 41Ctemp today. I love the green wall. my favorite color is green - of course any shade
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about taking ages to warm up an english house for it to cool down in a matter of hours. I am tempted to light the fire..... Yummy green walls :)
ReplyDeleteA most excellent self portrait! I love it! Had no idea your eyes were so beautiful blue.
ReplyDeleteHa! had to laugh at your description of the temperature conditions in your house. If I didn't know better, i would think we were living side by side in the same building! Isn't it weird that we must go outside to get warmed up? What I would give for a comfy sweater like yours to keep me warm in my cold house!
I love the cold. And I somehow feel I'm alone in that!
ReplyDeleteWe are all running around in jackets and sweaters as well because we don't want to turn the heater back on as well! Too funny!
ReplyDeleteMy house takes a while to warm up to...but it stays fairly cool in hot weather, so that's a bonus. I like the green in your bathroom...really neat!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog - I'm a new follower! I do love my new lightbox and the photos I am able to take! Check out the DIY lighbox post!
ReplyDeleteListen, if you can write like you just did about plus-sized beauties and dance lessons, you need to be a guest blogger. Write something up, woman.
